COBRA Reporting and Documentation Clarification

The IRS released a Q&A series on the treatment of COBRA Subsidy Premium Rules for Employers. Clarifications include Form 941 reporting, the payroll tax credit and other documentation regarding what is required to be submitted to the IRS for compliance.
