DOL Releases COBRA Extension FAQs

The Department of Labor has issued 15 Frequently Asked Questions on the COBRA Premium Reduction Extension Provisions. These questions address issues like the transition period, premium reductions under ARRA and the 2010 DoDAA, and the notices that must be provided to individuals under ARRA.
