The new DOL website has searchable enforcement information from several agencies. Perhaps the agency of most use to you would be the Employee Benefit Security Administration (EBSA). In addition to being searchable by agency, you can also search by zip code or up to five states at a time.
Included in the EBSA data, you can find information on closed Form 5500 cases that resulted in penalties for deficient, late, or unfiled 5500s (updated quarterly). This website will be updated over time with additional features, functionality, and search criteria.
